For the cost of admission you receive a full day of first class entertainment, a step into the wonders of our past, and the satisfaction of contributing to the restoration of the Old Church and school room. The Church is the oldest Covenanter Presbyterian Congregation in North America (1754), and the school room was added in 1873 as an academy. The building housed Bart Township High School from 1903 to 1927. Goals: Develop the school room into a museum showcasing hundreds of local history artifacts, restore the Church and have it listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, and encourage public use of both facilities.
Admission for adults will be $10 and $5 for children ages six to twelve.
